This is one bedroom with a queen bed, a Frontgate queen bed (stored in closet) , 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with bar and eat in area for 4. There is a large outdoor eating and seating area for 4 to 6. There is a private walkway to the unit and an outdoor shower. The property is located on the ocean side of Atlantic Avenue so there is no crossing a busy street to get to the beach.

This corner unit, the largest and most private in Oceans ll Condominium complex, is on the 3rd floor and offers beautiful, expansive views at both sunrise and sunset. Please note: due to the open layout of the building, there is no elevator.

Relax in the luxurious Carriage House: a 3-bedroom French-country style retreat at the historic Church Point Manor (circa 1860). Restored in 2021 with modern amenities, the Carriage House features a king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, each with its own private, full bathroom.
