Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Relax in the large fire fuelled hot tub, lounge on the deck in front of the fire pit or grab a bean bag and find a quiet spot in your own private paddock. The Waggon at Westcombe

Our cosy waggon overlooks its own private valley, complete with 19th Century coachbridge and secluded wild swimming spot. Set in 25 acres of woodland and pasture, our waggon offers an opportunity to switch off, curl up with a book and get back to nature. It includes an ensuite with shower and its own kitchen.. Only 10 minutes away from Bruton, handy for The Newt and Hauser & Wirth. Westcombe Dairy & Woodsheddings Brewery taproom is a 3 minute walk and the Three Horseshoes a 20 minute stroll.

The Little Mill is in the Courtyard of our house, The Old Mill House, where we live in the peaceful, pretty rural village of Pen Selwood. You will be staying in a newly created, very comfortable, spacious bedroom with a king size bed, large wall mounted smart-TV, and a modern en-suite shower room. There is a fridge and a selection of teas and freshly ground coffee and two cafetieres await you along with fresh milk, croissants, jam & butter. Two local pubs within walking distance (0.8 miles)

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The National Trust property, Stourhead is very close and for walkers, the Monarch's Way runs through the adjacent fields. Well situated for both Longleat and Bath.
