Thunder Ridge at the Forest Retreat is an adults-only pet-friendly getaway. Children may come only during specific holidays. Your house will be unlocked. Check-in is a 3 p.m. Here you are surrounded by the Homochitto National Forest. Take a picnic to the sand-bars along the pristine spring-fed creek. Hike or mountain bike on the remote forest roads. Log Cabin on the River

The Cabin is a cozy getaway located on a 4.5 acre lot in a quiet neighborhood. It's only 10 minutes away from the Baton Rouge Airport and Walmart. Downtown Baton Rouge and LSU are about 20 minutes away so if you’re planing to watch a game or enjoy the city it is a little bit of a drive. There's also a simple walking trail that goes to an over view of the Comite River. It takes 5 or 10 minutes to walk and can be challenging for small children but will be enjoyable for out door lovers.

Melody House is centered in great views and family-friendly activities. Unique outdoor living spaces, ambiance and outdoor spaces. Our cabin is located on a secondary road behind a locked gate nestled in the forest on six acres of property surrounded by pine and hardwood. Beautiful Brushy Creek is steps away from the porch. The Homochitto National Forest is minutes away. Here you can enjoy hiking, biking or bird watching in the quiet while watching wildlife. We also have games & TV/DVD player hookup only. Take a day or afternoon & go looking for arrowheads, fossils & other treasures like gold rocks.

3V Tourist Courts @ Magnolia Cafe

Cabins are prewar 1940's motor court with covered parking. Each cabin features, queen bed, TV, WiFi, small bathroom with small shower, original lavatory & fixtures in bathroom. Small kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Air conditioners and electric space heaters. Restaurant (Magnolia Cafe) hours are Tuesday through Sunday 10-3 and Coffee Shop ( Birdman ) on site. Come enjoy history with modern amenities and explore the beautiful plantations homes in our area.
