Welcome to our charming apartment in Novi Vinodolski!  The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom for maximum comfort and privacy. An additional separate toilet is also available for your convenience. The fifth guest can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the living area. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area provides a generous and relaxing space for spending quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, oven, microwave, and a combined refrigerator with freezer, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. From the living area, you can enjoy breathtaking sea views that invite you to relax and dream. Our apartment is nestled in a serene, traffic-free, and friendly location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. A 5-min walk takes you to the marina, where you can rent a boat or enjoy stunning Adriatic Sea views. The town's beach, only a 10-min walk away, offers activities like beach volleyball, scuba diving, jet skiing, and parachute gliding. Unwind at the beach bar with music and refreshing cocktails. The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room. Wireless internet is available in the entire house. The house have private pool (30m2) and outdoor kitchen with dining area.

WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

Close to the accomation there are a lot of restaurants with local cuisine. Novi Vinodolski is positioned along the sea coast. There are several public beaches, the closest one is Bribirska which is 150m (5min walking) away from the accomodation.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
