Bracken Barn is situated on a hill overlooking Cuil Bay and Loch Linnhe, with views stretching down the Morvern Peninsula, past the small islands of Balnagowan, Shuna and Lismore…and all the way to the Isle of Mull. Recently converted from an agricultural shed, it is now an extremely comfortable holiday home – a silk purse from a sow’s ear! The high-ceilinged sitting room has a wood-burning stove and with large picture windows, guests will surely never tire of the ever-changing loch views.

The cottage was built around 1890 to house the Ploughman for Goatfield Farm, and has been extensively remodelled to create a unique getaway. Oir Na Mara (Edge of the Sea) Studio Apartment is a self contained property located above our garage with its own private entrance (14 steps up to the door) and free off street parking. The flat enjoys unparalleled views over the sound of Kerrera and towards Oban bay. It is situated just a short walk from Oban town centre and the ferry terminal. The apartment has a double bed, a large sofa and a dining table and chairs. A garden table and chairs are also provided.
