This is one of the last stand alone non shared beach home properties located on the WATER in Oceanside! HUGE private backyard area which includes JACUZZI, BBQ, outside shower, fire pit, room for activities all steps from the beach! The property is a single family home w/AC and NOT A SHARED UNIT! The upstairs and downstairs are set up with their own bathrooms, and multiple sleeping areas. Upstairs has full kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom & 1 bath. Downstairs has garage, bathroom and bar room!

Take a walk on the beach in the morning, play in the sand all day, and then jump into the pool before dinner and relax on the balcony at sunset. Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.

Experience the Finnish barrel steam sauna, soothing hot tub, and invigorating cold plunge, all within the tranquil embrace of this beautifully designed condo. It's perfectly suited for various occasions and travel needs. This quiet retreat is a 5-10 minute stroll to the Beach, Pier, and Downtown. Coffee and breakfast bites are just outside your door. The kitchenette features a single-burner cooktop and an 8-in-1 bake/air-fryer, ideal for small meals. A signed release waiver is required.

Patio on the Pacific has beautiful ocean views from the living room, master bedroom, and balcony. On a nice day in Oceanside, you can enjoy the sailboats going by on the Pacific from the couch! To relax and recharge, use the buildings pools and spas or enjoy the 5 min walk to the beach + strand. Enjoy working here with 200mbps Internet and a dedicated desk in the bedroom. Our condo is a corner unit on the top floor (accessible via elevator) of building G in the North Coast Village.

You can fish, take whale watching tours and eat at some of the finest restaurants in Southern California.
