Rymligt enplanshus i lugnt område med närhet till både badplatser och centrala Göteborg. Hav och närmsta badplats ligger på gång/cykelavstånd, 1,5 km. Närmsta busshållplats Hornkamsgatan, knappt 1 km och tar 10 min att promera till. Med X1 tar ni er lätt in till Göteborgs centrum. Bussen tar 35 min ungefär. Huset är rymligt och har ett stort och mysigt uterum. Huset är i mycket fint skick och varsamt renoverat. Trädgården är stor och det finns plats för lek och stora grönytor.
