This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.

This is a nice, quiet last house of the Cul de Sac with a huge back yard. So much to do and so close to it all, like restaurants, hospitals, the movie theater, parks, Corpus Christi A&M, Golf Course, hiking and bird watching, access to the ocean in 3 different directions. Your stay here will be as fun and relaxing as you want it to be. We have a list of several of the near by places you could go to, come here and enjoy it all.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy quiet comfort living within the Corpus Christi city limits. Home is located on the outskirts of the city which gives it a country feeling but still close enough to all amenities including HEB, Walmart, and local restaurants. This nice quiet home is located 10 mins from the airport, 15 mins from the American Bank Center, and 20 mins from North Beach.
