This is for a 1 bedroom guest suite (basement) with a private separate entry to our lovely home. One queen bed and one queen sofa bed. We are 12 min to the Baltimore Airport, 13 min to Ft. Meade, 23 min to the inner harbor, 25 min to Annapolis, and 50 min to DC—last house on a safe and quiet street. 4 GUESTS Maximum overnight. No SMOKING in or on the property grounds please. Located about a 1/2 mile from the light rail, bus route, restaurants, malls and entertainment. Uber and Lyft are also available in our area.

Home away from home

This is a small house with private parking close to Baltimore and Annapolis. I have one queen size Murphy bed, one single pull out couch. It has an updated kitchen, updated bathroom, walk-in closet, Internet and heating and cooling. I also have a pellet stove. my kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, knives, forks, pots and pans. The bathroom has towels and rugs. I tried to add all the amenities to make it as comfortable as home. Look at pet rules under the other things to note section.

Welcome! We’re tucked away on a forested residential street, roughly a 7 minute drive from restaurants, coffee shops and all that Annapolis has to offer. 15m from the coast, 30m from Baltimore and 35m from DC. Tl;dr: this is a private ground-level guest suite with 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 desk (optional standing desk), 1 kitchen with oven, dishwasher + Nespresso/pour over, 2 tvs, laundry room with washer/dryer, fast wifi, a pool, patio and a forest view. We live on the top floor.

Nice cozy basement apartment, with a separate entrance in a nice calm neighborhood. It is a one bedroom apartment with a big living room, dining section and brand new furnitures. It has a queen size bed, microwave and refrigerator. NO KITCHEN. 10 minutes away from the BWI airport and 4 minutes from Arundel Mills Mall and Live Casino. Centered between Baltimore and Washington DC and close to most major highways in Maryland. There is lots of road side parking available.

Queen bed, clean sheets, towels, iron, board, kitchen pots, dining table, TV & more. It’s small but with all amenities necessary to live. If looking for a huge space, this will not be it. Good for single/couple cruising by the DMV on a BUDGET! -20 min walk to metro; off DC border, 18 min. drive to center of city.
