Our cozy townhome is 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom with about 1200 square feet. We replaced the sofa sleeper and hope that is comfortable for your extra guest. We are located a few blocks off I-70 and can be at most area attractions, shopping and dining in less than 30 minutes. The living room has queen sleeper & 50" TV. Kitchen has a range, microwave, refrigerator, & dishwasher. The bathroom has a large vanity & glass-walled shower. Most doors are 36” for better accessibility. Porch is great for relaxing. Conveniently located 2 blocks south of downtown & less than a mile off I-70.

Close to highwy, gas stations and shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig if electricity goes out!!!

Charming Log Home

Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.

Entire, separate entry, second floor studio. Minimalist modern decor, nice clean small space with everything you need. We aim to have your stay be an enjoyable experience, greeting you with a clean home, ensuring you have what you need during the stay, and being available as needed. Approximately 5-10 from downtown KCMO, Power and Light, City Market. Within walking distance of a few local family owned restaurants and bars.

Adorable cottage on Beautiful property w/ hot tub

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy your own private cottage with all your essentials; You also have access to the property's hot tub and 1 acre pond stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass! The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.

Get away from it all with a stay in this cozy cottage out in the middle of serene farm land. Cuddle up by the fire with a good book. Take a walk down to the pond. Enjoy spectacular bird watching. An artists and photographers dream. Enjoy watching the animals in the morning & take in a gorgeous sunset in the evening. Rustic and homey. It's a real farm after all. Your boots will get muddy but the smiles will be sunny.
