Whole property is available exclusively to the guests staying in the apartment. Noone else will be there during your stay and the host will be available whenever needed. We want to make you feel like home and we are at your disposal at all times, owner mobile phone will be provided for any help or advice regarding your stay 24h a day. This property is in the peaceful, historic center of the Old Town just meters from one of the best family-run restaurants within the city walls. Famous Banje Beach and the old port are both nearby, along with the main street, Stradun. If you need help with your transfer to the apartment from the Airport or main Port let us know, we can arrange that. We provide full service with the transfer company we trust. The driver will meet you at the airport, help with the luggage, drop you off at the nearest entrance to the Old town and our apartment where you will be met by the host.

Petra Stradun Dubrovnik Apartments are situated in a stone mansion on the promenade of Stradun, in the very center of historical core of the Old city of Dubrovnik. The mansion is separated into 5 apartments allocated on 3 floors. On 1st floor are studio apartment with double bed and apartment with bedroom with double bed and living room with double sofa bed. 2nd floor is same as 1st. On 3rd floor is apartment with 2 bedrooms with double beds and living room with double sofa bed.

Mia Casa is an old Dubrovnik house, located in the heart of the historian Old Town (pedestrian area) with NO approaching steps to climb. It is decorated in "museum style" with original artifact items. An old Dubrovnik merchant who traveled from Venice to Istanbul originally owned the house. To this day, his descendants continue to evoke and retell the old story through artifacts purchased during these distant journeys. Mia Casa has over 60 lost and forgotten stories.

The house is built in the traditional style, with a comfortable living room and dining room, kitchen on the ground floor, and comfortable rooms upstairs. Each room has its own floor.
