When I found this little mobile home community on Miflin Creek, I knew I'd found something special- a peaceful place to kayak,bird watch,fish, and enjoy the beauty of the creek. Today, I'm grateful to share it with my guests. Miflin Creek flows into Wolf Bay and the Gulf, yet you're only 8 minutes from OWA, close to great restaurants, and a short drive to Alabama's beautiful Gulf Coast beaches. Caribe Resort on the Bay-Lazy River/Cabanas! B208

Newly decorated Caribe condo is a dream! This condo is in building B on the 2nd floor (3rd because parking is below) & sleeps 8 comfortably. The new 65 inch tv is loaded with all the apps such as ESPN and Netflix. This kitchen has a new refrigerator and all the appliances and cookware needed! The resort has tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, arcade, golf, a marina and a lazy river and cabanas. This is a boaters paradise! This unit also comes with 2 parking passes and additional parking if needed.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
