GODA. Island Hideaway on Svartsö

Fish and bathe in the lake, heat up in the sauna, do yoga and long table dinners in the orangery and sleep under the stars in the cabin. Named GODA ('good'), this is a wonderful place to get back to nature. GODA is a twist on “good” (gott in Swedish/god in Danish); an island hide-out for curious young souls like yourself demanding goodness for nature, self and others. We build GODA in 2016-2018 and she continues to grow and evolve as you will see if you visit her. GODA comfortably hosts 7 people in beds (plus 2 kids beds and 2 baby beds) in the main house and 6 people in Mini GODA. Our latest newcomer with own kitchen, bathroom and space. So a total of 13 adults and 4 kids can enjoy the space collectively, then using madrases on the floor, in the Orangerie or on the benches in the relax room in the sauna to accommodate additional people. The rent is primarily for the main cabin and if a larger group than 7, also for Mini GODA. If you want to access the sauna, orangeri and hot tub, please let us know in advance and we can arrange that, however, the hot tub should be used for stays longer than 4 nights and depends the water level in the lake. The sauna might be rented out by the island hotel during your stay, unless you specifically would like the privacy. In that case, please let us know. The only immediate neighbors are the fascinating fauna that can be discovered all around. There's easy access from the mainland, with boats running all year long. The best access point is on the north side of the island. There are only about 10 cars on the island, all with special permission, so please park your car on one of the main island access points, e.g. Vaxholm (for best access to the house via the north side), Åsättra (Ljusterö) brygga or Boda. You can rent bikes to get around from the grocery store or the hotel (the hotel is only 300m walk from the ground) Easy access from the main land with boats running all year around. The best access is on the North side of the island. Archipelago Ocean Villa (Wood fired sauna)

Seafront villa in Stockholm's archipelago with private dock and sauna. The house is located inside a unique natural reserve. Public ferry year-round from and to Stockholm City and only a short walk to the house from the pier. The house is located on the island Lådna, on a private hill with a scenic view. Waterfront House with panoramic seaview

Large seafront property facing south on Värmdö (35 min from Stockholm) with panoramic sea views and a shoreline of about 100 m. There are two houses, a main building (190 sqm) and guest house (40 sqm), both of which are located 30 meters from the water, where the own jetty is located. There you can sit in a hanging chair on one of the terraces and enjoy the incomparably beautiful view. This is an optimum place for families, friends or company meetings in the best area of Stockholm archipelago.

Ni omges av skog och natur med gångavstånd till havet där ni med fördel kan bada och paddla ut med SUP. Denna nybyggda mindre villa på 80 kvm har övervåning öppen planlösning med kök, matplats, vardagsrum och uteplats fönster och altandörr ger närhet till natur och utsikt mot vatten. Nedervåning med 1 master Bedroom och en "studio" med 2 st 80 cm sängar samt badrum med tvättmaskin och dusch. Huset är vackert och personligt inrett med full bekvämlighet.

Tågstationen ligger på ca 10-15 min gångavstånd. Det tar 35 min med tåg in till Stockholm. Med bil tar det ca 30-35 min. Fri parkering. Fullt utrustat kök och badrum med kombinerad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Dubbelsäng i sovrum. Bäddsoffa för två i vardagsrum.
