Please note: I completely renovated the house recently. It has been split into two apartments. The apartment downstairs is for rent. It's situated in the beautiful countryside next to the River Holendrecht. Right in between the picturesque villages of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel and Abcoude. And less than 10km from Amsterdam. Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

A train station nearby allows access beyond Amsterdam. Free parking, wifi, cable, tea & coffee. Suite is deep cleaned & disinfected after every stay.

Boek nu een bijzonder huisje midden in het pittoreske dorp Amsterdam-Abcoude. Geheel nieuw ingericht, sfeervol huisje met een oppervlakte van ca. 55 m2 verdeeld over twee verdiepingen met parkeerplaats op eigen terrein. “De Automaat” is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime woonkamer op de begane grond met openslaande deuren en een kitchenette met magnetron, vaatwasser en koelkast. Badkamer met regendouche. Riante slaapkamer met airco op de eerste verdieping.

The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. Private & Big house at the river Amstel

The house is best of both worlds - it's a private summer house next to a small organic farm, but it's modern. Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends. This 'quite' area is close to the quint village of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. You are renting the spacious private house with private entrance, free parking etc.

Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).

GeinLust B&B “De Klaproos”

The B&B is located in the village of Abcoude, a charming village just outside Amsterdam and close to Utrecht. Thanks to its central location, venues such as AFAS Live, the Ziggo Dome, and the Johan Cruijff Arena are easily and quickly accessible. On our farm, where the B&Bs are situated, we have cows and sheep, and two lovely Frisian Stabij dogs roam around.
