The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Be in the heart of town, but enjoy a private road (no street parking for non residents/guests). Flat cement parking slab for your friends with campers/RV. Cottage heated by a wood burning stove - so cozy. Some art decor may be different upon arrival than photos. Garage is not available for use by guests. 30+ day rentals available for the off season. $3,000 per month starting November 16 or December 1 - June 30. All utilities / landscaping included.
