We also own the downtown cafe, Broad Porch Coffee, so are local and can help if you ever need anything. We are family friendly and love dogs, no pet fee. You will enjoy a 104-year-old home in Luray, VA- recently renovated for a modern stay with a hot tub. The home sits on 1 acre of land with a variety of fruit trees. It's surrounded by farms, yet close to Luray Caverns, Walmart & SNP (17 mins). You can relax on the covered front porch overlooking the mountains, eat a meal on the side porch or sit around the firepit. You can enjoy the cozy living & dining room, designed bedrooms, game room & stocked kitchen! Bonus: horseshoe pits & volleyball net!

PLEASE NOTE: Guests with fewer than three reviews will need to provide a copy of their photo ID as part of their booking request. The primary renter must be age 25+
