Go 1 block south of us for public access lighted fishing piers, boat ramp, and family-friendly beach. One block to the north and you will find a variety of food options and cute boutique shopping.

Peaceful, spacious and comfortable charming vacation home by the Bay. This 4 bedroom 2 full bath house has a master suite, large dining room, full kitchen, back deck with grill, and large front porch where you bask in the ocean breeze. In addition to the the bay view in the front, enjoy the four acre field across the street and a two block walk to the water. Great for fishing, crabbing, water activities & local scenery. Sleep up to 6 in this beautiful, super clean, 2 BD, 2.5 BA house just ten steps from the CO River and a quick 3-min drive to Matagorda Beach. Bring your flip flops, beach towel, and favorite book to relax on one of 2 decks...or bring your fishing gear and catch large fish right off the dock. Salt air, ocean breezes, gentle waves and star filled nights are the ultimate stress reliever.

Welcome to our 'barn-dominium'! Come enjoy great fishing or bird watching in our 1 bedroom and beautiful, newly remodeled, spa like bathroom with walk in shower. We have full size laundry washer and dryer and a full, well-equipped kitchen. You can see Carancahua Bay from the property and is nearly walking distance to the community fishing peer. Boca Chica is a beautiful bay community with a great restaurant (FishVille), a park/play ground for the kids, and community fishing peer.

Nicely updated 2 bedroom 1 bath downstairs unit with bay views from the front yard. we offer 2 free parking spaces. Come enjoy the quaint little town of Palacios and go fishing or boating! There is no bay access in this little neighborhood but the public boat dock and public piers are only minutes away and the beach is just a short drive to Port Lavaca. If you have kids this is the beach for them, if not, you'll love it too. Enjoy an evening with live music at Dannys on the Bay.
