Regarding COVID-19 outbreak: We are taking extra precautions when cleaning and disinfecting the property. This includes Increased employee hand washing and disinfection of commonly used surfaces in bathroom, kitchens, and bedrooms with EPA registered disinfectant. High use Fabrics will be sprayed down with Lysol. There will be an emphasis on disinfecting knobs and handles. Sheets are washed using a “sanitizing” cycle. There are Air purifiers with UV-C sanitizers in bedroom(s) that will help to kill potential airborne viral particles. Please run these purifiers at all times. These measures are designed to help minimize risk. When the weather beckons you outside, step out on to the deck and look out onto a stunning view of the Absaroke mountains. The deck is nestled into a stand of cottonwoods and has the feel of a tree house. The house offers quick access to the Yellowstone River (less than 2 minute drive) and the heart of Livignston's charming town center. A 4 minute drive will deliver you to the mile-long Myer's River View trail that offers stunning views and birding! A 4 minute drive in the opposite direction will take you to the lovely Sacajawea Park. The building features a smart lock and other smart technologies that will enable guests to come and go without assistance. I am more than willing to offer additional guidance via text message, phone call, or a quick visit whenever needed. I live next door in the adjacent house. The house is a short drive from Livingston's charming town center, Sacajawea Park, the Yellowstone River, and Myer's River View Trail with its stunning scenery and birding. Discover a summer splash park, fairgrounds, and golf course nearby. The therapy hot tub comfortably seats 3 adults, although 4 well-acquainted folks could potentially squeeze into the tub. There are outdoor seating areas and one outdoor dining table.

Stunning Paradise Valley Getaway

Private getaway for two with a stunning view of the Absaroka Mountain Range in Paradise Valley. A little more remote providing the real Montana experience. Under 10 min drive to restaurants, bars, stores, and local concert venues. Come unwind after seeing live music at Pine Creek Lodge, The Old Saloon, or the Music Ranch. 15 minute drive to Chico and Sage Lodge. 45 minute drive to Yellowstone National Park and 30 minutes to Livingston. We can't wait to be apart of your Montana experience!

As you drive into the property you will enjoy views of the entire Gallatin Valley & mountain ranges in every direction. • Bridger Bowl Ski Area (15min) • Rocky Creek Nordic Ski Area just down the hill (ski there!) • Nearby Yellowstone Park (~1.5hr) • Rocky Creek for fly fishing (10min walk) • Swimming pond w/ beach volleyball court!

Bozeman Creek Hideaway

We only accept reservations of 31 nights or longer and cannot accommodate shorter stays. Secluded and peaceful, just 2.2 miles south of Bozeman’s Main Street (about a 7-minute drive) and minutes from MSU and the hospital. We live next door in a separate house and share a large backyard. This thoughtfully updated 2-bedroom, 1-bath 1973 mobile home includes a backyard deck and comes fully furnished with everyday appliances and essentials. Every-other-week cleaning is included in the price.

A peaceful, remote cabin studio near Yellowstone and the historic town of Livingston. Whether you want to spend your day reading on the deck, working remotely, listening to records, or heading out for a day in the Park, this space will lend to the experience you need. The cabin sits next to our main home & small homestead. We often provide fresh eggs from the chickens & seasonal goods from the garden. The goats will entertain you for days & the stunning mountain view never never gets old.

Bear Cabin in Paradise Valley- Chico Nearby

Wake up to stunning mountain and open space views and enjoy your own little corner of paradise! The Bear Hut is the perfect spot to cozy up or hibernate during your travels in Yellowstone Country. Within 10 minutes from Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Sage Lodge and restaurants/nightlife at Pine Creek Cafe and Old Saloon. Located right next door the beautiful Copper Rose event venue. This eco-friendly off-grid log-style cabin is solar powered and features a high-end composting toilet.

Paradise Valley Modern Guest House

Modern Private Guest House; @stayloststays near the end of a rural dirt road in the heart of Paradise Valley. The guest house features 1BR, a small living room w/ Full sleeper sofa, a full bath, and kitchen with cooktop & microwave oven. Our setting is classic rural Montana. Enjoy 20 acres with star-filled skies, outdoor fire pit, and spectacular views of the mountains. The perfect base camp to Yellowstone (45 mins.), If more space is needed the 3b/2ba main house is also available.

Dexter Peak cabin, elegantly rustic near YNP/Chico

Dexter Peak Cabin is located near the base of the mountains on a 25 acre parcel shared with our home but still private. Close to Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone River, waterfalls, hiking and fishing, and 35 minutes to Yellowstone Park. Cabin is located about 200' from owner's home but the outdoor areas are oriented away from the home and toward the mountains. Little to no traffic as we are a couple with no kids. Dexter Peak Road is a great road for walking!

Quiet Guesthouse Out of Town

Enjoy this cozy one-bedroom apartment located 15 minutes from both Bozeman and Livingston, 15 to 20 minutes from numerous fishing access points on some of the best rivers in Montana, 20 minutes to Bridger Bowl Ski Resort, 1 hour to Big Sky Ski Resort or a 1 hour drive from Yellowstone park. Whatever direction you want to go you'll find your next adventure within minutes!

TeraBani Retreat Guest House

The guest house is located on a ranch in the spectacular Montana mountains and close to the Yellowstone River. The ranch has 250 acres of fields, meadows, mountains and forests, with streams and hiking trails. The ranch is a nature reserve, a place to experience Montana away from towns and city living, a rustic and wilderness experience. Yellowstone Park is 45 minutes by car, and the small town of Livingston with shops and restaurants is 20 minutes away.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy all of the close hiking and walking trails with Bridger Ski Resort 15 minutes away. Musuem of the Rockies is only a 5 minute drive while all the East Main Bozeman dining/shopping locations are nearby as well. This small cottage is very comfortable and quiet while having all the necessary amenities. It has a California King size bed and a queen size futon for sleeping comfortably.
