Parking 1 vehicle on premises next to rental, others may park on street. Large flea market once a month it is the 1st weekend before the first Monday of the month. July has a peach festival the 2nd weekend of the month. Approximately 30-45 minute drive to Mineral Wells State Park, Ft.Worth Zoo, Stock Yards, Dickies Arena, ATT Stadium & Six Flags.
