Guests share only the main entrance of the townhouse with owners who live upstairs. This private decorated space includes a smart TV, comfortable seating, dining for 4, microwave, coffee maker, full refrigerator, toaster/air fryer, queen bed, wardrobe & dresser. Enjoy historic Waltherson! A 15-minute drive to downtown Baltimore. Within walking distance of Walther Gardens, the neighborhood nursery, gift shop, and famous snowball stand. Fully furnished basement suite with queen cabinet bed, living room, bathroom, cable TV, Netflix, wifi, basic dishes/utensils, HVAC, and laundry room. The area has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kuerig, tea kettle, and bottled water. There is no cook top/stove or kitchen sink. Keyless entry. No smoking in unit.

Cozy Studio Apartment

Cozy little separate entrance studio in the basement of my house. Has a queen size memory foam bed, comfy large couch, bean bag, 73 inch screen tv, 2 seater table, mini fridge, coffee maker, and insta pot. Bathroom stocked with soap & shampoo mini bottles. Quiet hours Sunday-Thursday is 10pm to 7am. Friday & Saturday 12am to 7am. I do have a cat that runs around upstairs and I also play music as well as take zoom calls throughout the day. At night the house is QUIET. No smoking. No parties.

Bayview is very close to Greektown, Little Italy, Fells Point and Canton. Each of these commercial developments are no more than 1-2 miles from Drew Street. Restaurants, the waterfront and shopping districts are all located in each of these developments and provide a wide array of tastes and treats. Therefore, if you are a foodie, like wine/beer, antique shops or like to hear a band or singer every once in a while, you can definitely find something to do and travel via Uber, Lyft or Taxi.
