Positioned elevated above Pateley Bridge on our family run farm you will find yourselves surrounded by fields moorland and stunning views. We are situated on a network of footpaths through the Yorkshire Dales so a perfect walking retreat ending your days in the natural water, wood fired hot tub. The hot tub is lit and heated by the guests themselves.

Swallows Nest was newly opened in Oct '22 and renovated to a very high standard. It is nestled in the quiet hamlet of Thorlby, just a short distance from the market town of Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales. Come and take in the stunning views on your doorstep, watch the many garden birds visiting the feeder as you sit and have your morning coffee on the patio. The only thing you can hear is 'quiet'. The hardest thing you will have to do is decide what you want to see or do.

This beautiful 200-year-old property has been renovated in 2019 to a very high standard with lovely features. The compact patio leads into a porch with storage space. Entry is into the living/dining room which has a cosy wood-burning stove. The cottage is nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Pateley Bridge with stunning views and walks from the doorstep. Nidderdale is a beautiful dale set just outside the North Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Sunnyside Cottage comfortably sleeps two people and is an ideal romantic getaway and a perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales.
