Unfortunately no dogs/children/ infants are allowed as we are a working sheep farm & surrounded by water. Discover the ultimate escape at Garple Loch Hut, set on your very own private loch with no one else around. Escape the hustle and bustle and relax in this private garden lodge with its own parking. Step out side and walk straight into the countryside. Explore the abandoned iron works, discover some of Ayrshire's lost villages, visit the Ayrshire Railway Preservation Group. Hop into the car and within 30 minutes you could be relaxing on the beach, discovering Calzean Castle, visiting Burns' Birth place or eating in the many fine restaurants and Cafes in Ayrshire. Or enjoy the views from the lodge.

Take it easy at this unique & tranquil getaway, with panoramic sea views of the Firth of Clyde, looking onto the island of Arran, a great opportunity to enjoy country living yet a stones throw from Ayr, Prestwick or a round of golf at Turnberry! The house sleeps 4, yet there is a joining cottage, #2 Firth View with a foosball table, that also sleeps 4. Great if you are planning a getaway with friends or family!

Fairy Cottage

Fairy Cottage is a self contained, fully equipped detached cottage, set in private grounds with private parking. Private patio area with garden furniture. Quiet and peaceful on a summer's evening. High Chair and travel cot available on request. Additional day guests only permitted with prior permission and an extra charge may be incurred. Our cottage has a capacity of a maximum of four people sharing two beds. There is a king size bed in the main bedroom and a sofa bed.

The Haven & Summer Hoose

The Haven and Summer Hoose are a cosy yet spacious cottage and quirky cabin that come hand in hand. The Haven cottage itself oozes charm with log burner and all the home comforts you could hope for. The Summer Hoose, a stunningly stylish cabin that’s the perfect place to retreat beside the fire, drink in hand and record player on. Nestled on Main Street in the picturesque village of Straiton they are just a stones throw from the local amenities. Sorry strictly no pets.

The Judge's Rest Coastal Apartment

Located close to seafront this spacious ground floor apartment is a 5 min walk to the historic town of Ayr with local restaurants and amenities. Stylish two bedroom apartment sleeps 5 (4 adults) persons, with open log fire, well equipped kitchen diner, laundry room and fabulous bathroom with slipper bath and separate shower. Small garden to rear. Ideal for couples, families, race-goers and golfers alike. Dog friendly with long sandy beach and parks nearby.

Grooms Cottage

Sleeps 6 – 3 large double bedrooms Part of the former castle stable block, Groom’s Cottage is one of four set around a courtyard. Take two steps up to enter the spacious open plan living area which features a warming open log fire. Head up the wooden stairs to discover two king-size double bedrooms, whilst up a further five steps is a third king-size room. All bedrooms boast an en-suite shower room and many rooms have views over the castle grounds.

Gemilston Studio is set on the edge of a conservation village in the grounds of former manse. Charming, secluded, close to the Community Shop and Cafe. Sunny terrace, access to large garden. Beautiful rolling country. Local activities - golf, walking, star gazing, wild swimming, riding, fishing, cycling; near beaches, Galloway Forest Park, Culzean Castle, Dumfries House & Burns Museum. Ten minutes from Dalduff and Blairquhan wedding venues.

Kyle Lodge at The Old Church, secluded retreat

Kyle Lodge is our new one bed lodge set in the private grounds of our larger property, The Old Church (which sleeps 12). It is a private and exceptionally comfortable space featuring a roll top bath with views of open countryside. The secluded and sheltered covered decking area with woodburner allows you to enjoy nature all year round. The local grocery shop is a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.

MacKenzie Cottage on Blairquhan Castle Estate

Situated within the beautiful Blairquhan Castle Estate, MacKenzie cottage is the ideal retreat for a secluded short break. Surrounded by stunning views of unspoiled Ayrshire countryside, over 200 acres of private woodland, a garden pond and a huge walled garden, this four-bedroom self-catering cottage is newly refurbished and offers all amenities our guests will ever need to make their stay very comfortable and unforgettable. .
