Lookout State Park, Sotterley Plantation. Great hiking trails, restored colonial village,a replica of the Maryland Dove. Tour a lighthouse. Great restaurants , or spend a day over in Solomons Island, about 20 miles from us. Peaceful settings for relaxing right on the water,or kayak on the river.

Our project to make use of leftover logs turned into a tiny house! Cozy Log Cabin looking out on almost an acre of nature but just minutes from all the DC sites. Perfect for a single escape, a romantic getaway, a small family/group gathering, or a serene remote work location. 1/4 mile to bus and 1.5 miles to DC metro, plenty of free parking. We live in a log home next door - so happy to provide advice on sites/restaurants and directions. No-SMOKING of any kind and NO pets and parties allowed.

Our comfortable and relaxing studio is a quiet retreat with a fantastic view while still in close proximity to Washington DC, Annapolis and Baltimore! Situated in a charming waterfront and sailing community, this separate and private unit has: parking, 1 bath, queen bed, kitchenette (limited-no range), TV, high speed WiFi and Bluetooth speaker. Wake up to the cluck cluck of our four resident chickens who are tucked away in their attractive coop. Sit on the porch and take in the view!

Home away from home

This is a small house with private parking close to Baltimore and Annapolis. I have one queen size Murphy bed, one single pull out couch. It has an updated kitchen, updated bathroom, walk-in closet, Internet and heating and cooling. I also have a pellet stove. my kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, knives, forks, pots and pans. The bathroom has towels and rugs. I tried to add all the amenities to make it as comfortable as home. Look at pet rules under the other things to note section.

The adjoining room is a well appointed full bath and dressing area.

A cabin in the city! So cute! The building is in our backyard and has private entry, queen bed, bathroom and kitchenette. A quiet Capitol Hill neighborhood. Street parking readily available. Wifi. HVAC that you control. Solar powered & green cleaning supplies! Awesome shared patio space! Speaking of our patio, we typically have legal marijuana growing there. If you want a free sample, let us know because we are happy to leave you a pre-roll or two. But remember, only smoke outdoors!

Just a few blocks away from the MGM Resort / Casino, National Harbor, and shopping. Across the river from historic Alexandria and 10-minutes from Washington,DC. Great for a solo adventure,couples,and friends (up to 4 guests). Enjoy the seasonal steam house and personal wood-burning stove if you book in the cold months.

Mini-house on Capitol Hill! Super clean, fast wifi, fresh linens, fully-equipped kitchen with private patio. We offer a neighborhood parking pass and street parking is easy. Three blocks from metro and 3 bike share stations nearby. Great grocery stores too. Nice Safeway and Trader Joe's within walking distance and a Whole Foods a bit further. Easy walk to Eastern Market too. Great launch spot for all that DC has to offer.
