The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

You are welcome to fish at the pond or our creek out back. We don't offer breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and appliances. We do supply coffee, sugar,and cream.

The apartments are on the same property as Arrowhead Self Storage. The Apartments are in the front building of the storage facility next to the office. The storage facility gates close at 9pm. Access to the facility is behind the gate making the apartments private. These apartments are two bedrooms with private water closets in each room.
