La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Benvenuti nel nostro casale di fine ‘800 “Monferrato Country House Basin d’Amor” in cui condividere la passione per questa splendida terra Patrimonio dell’Unesco. La nostra casa si trova a 10 minuti dal centro di Asti, 20 minuti da Alba, Roero e Langhe, 30 minuti da Torino, 40 minuti da Barolo. Si è immersi dal verde ma a soli dieci minuti dal casello autostradale Asti-Est. Situato tra Asti e Moncalvo si rivela un punto ideale. Rilassati e ricaricati in quest’oasi di quiete ed eleganza.

Depandance in antico cascinale con vista sulle colline del Monferrato e arco alpino. Entrata indipendente sia a piedi che in macchina. Ampio giardino (1200mq circa) recintato, piscina (non sorvegliata di 12x7 mt, profonda da 90 cm a 220 cm) con trampolino e scala di muratura comoda per entrare e uscire. Tettoia con forno a legna e barbecue con tavolo e sedie in condivisione con i proprietari. Tavolo con sedie sotto veranda per gli ospiti, lettini e sdraio prendisole.
