Nonna’s Nest, a lovely quiet coastal rural retreat

Nonna's nest is a lovely recently renovated self contained annex with its own private enclosed garden. It is located in a quiet village setting in the heart of magical west Cornwall (Poldark mining territory!). It is close to the South West coastal path & Pendeen lighthouse. You can see the sea and Moorland from the garden. Dogs are welcome. There is Wi-Fi & offroad dedicated parking. You will love the beauty of the local area and will discover why my father moved from Italy to settle here!

Arty miners cottage, wild tin coast of Botallack

This old miners cottage has been colourfully transformed by the artist owner. Traditional granite walls keep the rooms cool in summer and on chilly evenings you can cosy up around the log burner. There is a good size garden with mature trees, a BBQ and outdoor dining area. It's the perfect base for exploring the mines of Botallack, where Poldark was filmed and is also close to many local beaches including Sennen Cove and Porthcurno. The house is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Gardeners Cottage - Trenoweth Estate

A lovely tranquil detached wood lined studio cottage in the grounds of Trenoweth House, Gardeners Cottage offers spacious open plan living for two people with a sofa bed to sleep another adult or two small children. The cottage is set in the walled kitchen garden, as well as having shared access to grounds of the main house, the swimming lake and woodland that forms the Trenoweth Estate. it is a mix of fabulously simple and rustic with all mod cons. Morgelyn Cottage is a lovely, recently renovated, comfortable and cosy, former Cornish Miner's cottage in a quiet village setting. The cottage is located in the heart of magical west Cornwall (Poldark territory!) close to the Coastal path. There are spectacular sea views from the cottage. At night time you can see the light from Pendeen lighthouse, stars and the twinkling lights of the local fishing boats. Dogs are welcome, there is wifi & off road parking at the front of the cottage.

Niver Dew Cottage, Pendeen

An Enjoy England 4-star Gold Award, Grade II listed quaint Cornish cottage. Built from local granite, with beautiful views of the sea and the local mining heritage. Original features can still be found in the cottage such as a large inglenook fireplace in the sitting room. There are two cosy bedrooms, sleeping a total of 3 guests. The front bedroom has a King-size bed complete with a luxury Hypnos mattress. The smaller back bedroom has a single divan bed with a pocket sprung mattress.

There's also a lovely garden and large private field to walk the dog. A short walk to the south-west coastal path, nearby surf spots and great food in Porthleven, there's something for everyone.

Pines at Carminowe Farm, a peaceful rural retreat

Cozy flat located at Carminowe Farm, just outside the village of Pendeen, slightly off the beaten track with no close neighbours, making it extremely peaceful and a haven for wildlife. It's a short walk to the shop, pubs and local facilities. The coast path is approximately a mile and a half away. The flat has ample parking and its own courtyard seating area. The hosts live in the main part of the house and have a border collie called Bill and a cat.

Shepherds Hut in the Hamlet of Dowran NR Penzance

Dowran is a wonderful rural hamlet in West Penwith , it is one of the quietest parts of Cornwall. We live in a traditional stone built Barn conversion with our chickens ,pet turkeys and dogs. The Shepherds hut is situated in our substantial back garden . It is a quiet, private space. The perfect base for exploring the scenery of west Cornwall or as a stopover on route to or from the Isles of Scilly.

Little Gurnards is set in a stunning rural location in the tiny hamlet of Treen,Zennor in West Cornwall a stones throw away from the coastal path. The cottage has a double bedroom with bathroom next door, cosy living room with 2 sofa's and wood burning stove, spacious kitchen, conservatory opening onto a small enclosed garden and porch which has the added feature of a hot & cold dog shower.
