Located centrally on the highest street on Yallingup Hill, the panoramic ocean views are breathtaking and can be seen from nearly every room. 600m away playgrounds, Cafes and Yallingup lagoon, a sheltered family beach to swim, snorkel or head out further for world class surf breaks. Set high up on the hill, means Caves House is a 700m walk away through lush bushland and gardens. Be spoilt for choice with wineries, breweries, cideries and the lively hubs of Dunsborough and Margaret River nearby.

Accommodation is a small cottage set in bushland, very comfortable and fully supplied with all essentials. The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a porta cot is available for a baby. Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, air fryer, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied. T.V. and wifi available. In winter Pot Belly stove to keep you warm. Only 3 minutes drive to a beach. Ample parking for caravans. We don’t allow pets. We have 3 Golden Retrievers.

Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN Private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Please respect our apartment and the condition you find it in. : NO CHILDREN : NO PETS : NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY : DEFINITELY NO LEAVERS

Rowley’s Lodge is situated on Sterling Estate in the shire of Capel and is an ideal property for couples visiting the area. Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach. It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.

Please Note: All long weekends are a minimum of 3 night stay except Easter a minimum of 4 nights. Christmas break between 24th December and 31st January are a minimum of 3 night stay. This beautifully presented beach house with a large balcony suitable for entertaining and offering views to the ocean and the wetlands. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the beach access where you can drive along the white sandy beach. Enjoy fishing, walking, or swimming.
