This is a front row location directly behind the beaches sitting on the mountainside at a elevation of 125 feet above sea level with insane whitewater views up the coast for miles. The jungle bordering the property is teaming with wildlife including white-faced Capuchin monkey's, Howler Monkey's, Toucans, Scarlet Macaws, Iguanas, and hundreds of birds among others. 3 master suites each with their own private bath located on the first floor and 1 special ocean view master suite with private bath located on the second floor. (A lower level 5th bedroom suite can also be rented for additional cost of needed for groups of 10 or more.) We also have a high quality queen size inflatable mattress available if needed.  Full sized kitchen and dinning area located on the first floor as well as a living room area with flat screen Smart TV. We have just bought beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler to make your beach side lounging more comfortable! For families we have a high chair and fold out crib available. This home is built for entertaining the family and friends that come to visit our beautiful area of Costa Rica. A Beachfront bar and restaurant is located directly in front of the villa with live music Thursday and Friday. Our guest cottage is directly on a secluded beach, just south of Dominical. A fully equipped kitchen, with 1 bedroom, and living room with a double sleeper/sofa. The sleep/sofa is OK for children but would not work for 2 adults. A covered balcony allows awesome views of the ocean, and wild life, as well as outside dining. A/C, Wi-Fi, cable TV and a list of amenities. This cottage shares the property with our main beach front home. Rent both and enjoy your private beach front resort.

Whales and dolphins will show off right in front certain months of the year. IMPORTANT: please consider the driving time from San José: 4 hours. For their safety, we ask our guests to arrive before sundown. the roads are in good state, but not well illuminated.
