The property provides the perfect setting for families and friends gathering for special occasions or holidays in beautiful North Yorkshire. This recently refurbished modern Airbnb is attached to our home. Either host will be available during your stay. The small kitchen / diner is at the front of the property. Facilities include: Electric hob and single oven, combination microwave / oven, fridge- freezer, toaster, dining table / chairs and TV. We have 3 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. 20 minutes walk from railway station, 10 minutes drive from the motorway and 15 minute drive from Tees Valley airport.

We only have one hut, making it a very private, peaceful and exclusive retreat. Nestled in a beautiful dell, surrounded by trees, it overlooks a duck pond and the remains of the old stone limekilns. Plenty of wildlife for nature lovers including a flock of friendly rare breed sheep, hens, rabbits, and owls.
