When there is good weather you can relax on 14m2 balcony and end the evening with a glass of wine. For night owls is the same as the walking distance to the city arteries about 5 minutes walk to the clubzsene of Vienna. There is the possibility to rent a garage parking space directly in the house for 10 € per day.
