Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Villa del Pezzino (private beach)

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Luminoso loft mansardato posto al 7 piano con ascensore. A soli a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Precedentemente atelier di un pittore locale, questo ampio loft è ideale per le coppie. La cucina è ben attrezzata. Riteniamo che soggiornare a La Spezia per visitare le Cinque Terre sia la strada da percorrere per farsi un'idea della Dolce Vita in una città di medie dimensioni. This typical Tuscan stone house is situated in Marciaso, a small medieval village in the Tuscan region of Lunigiana. If you are looking for nature, quiet and a fantastic view of the Apuan Alps right from your balcony, then this is the place for you. A 5 minuti da Pontremoli si trova il Borgo di Ponticello conosciuto per le sue case torri in pietra e gli archi a botte. All'interno del borgo vi è il mio alloggio con ingresso autonomo. L'appartamento è indipendente con un grazioso balcone in cui poter mangiare o prendere il sole in completo relax. Dista 5 km dal casello di Pontremoli, 40 minuti da Lerici, 1 ora da Portovenere e le 5 Terre, 55 minuti dalla Versilia e poco più di 1 ora da Pisa e Lucca. Possibilità di noleggio di e-bike.

Not for tourism, not for investment, but for a lifestyle choice: born from the love of a mother who chose to be there to support her children in competitive sports and transformed a home into an opportunity. Children grow up and life changes, but LunaCottage is still here! Come in if you like, and feel like a guest. The Sailing Boat has returned to being ours alone, with respect for each other. My hearing doesn't allow me to be at 100%.
