This peaceful and central room is located at the top of Port Isaac village, step on to your private balcony for breath-taking views of the valley. We are within a 5 minute walk of the southwest coast path and both Port Isaac and Port Gaverne beaches. If you would rather sit back and relax, head to one of Port Isaac’s 7 pubs/restaurants or grab a coffee and watch the waves. Port Isaac is a short drive away from Polzeath, Padstow, Rock and many more lovely villages for you to visit. Dogs welcome.

Pop's Place (The Annexe) is attached to Carnawn and sleeps 3. It is located in the beautiful secluded cove of Port Gaverne a short 10 minute walk up the steep hill to picturesque harbour of Port Isaac - home of fictitious Doc Martin and Fisherman's Friends. Pop's Place is a self catering annexe with private patio and parking. A few yards away is Port Gaverne beach ideal for swimming, body boarding, sailing, beach-combing. Maximum 2 DOGS a charge of £5 per day per dog. Please add to booking

Sunny Chalet with parking & patio

This beautiful little chalet is situated at the top of our sunny garden with delightful views. Providing all you need for a perfect stay in Port Isaac. With private access and your own private garden, this chalet is completely self contained holiday hideaway with easy stroll down the road to the charming village and beach. PLEASE NOTE there are 3 flights of steps to reach the chalet but It is certainly worth the climb! Sadly this property is completely unsuitable for disabled access. NO PETS

A delightful home near the sea & off road parking

Stepping Stone is a spacious bungalow featuring light-filled rooms and a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. There is off road parking, a private patio and garden. Port Isaac harbour is an approximately 10-15 minute walk down hill and there is a Co-op which is less than a 5 minutes walk away. Stepping Stone is an ideal base for exploring the beauty of North Cornwall. Please see property description for layout. The South-West Coast Path offers walkers plenty of opportunities to explore the area.

Gully View, Port Isaac

Spend the day watching the boats in the harbour with stunning views over the ocean, village and valley. Spacious bungalow, sleeping 6, with log burner and long balcony overlooking the view. Gully View enjoys a quiet location at the top of the hill, with a pretty hillside garden in addition to the terrace connected to the house. Snuggle up by the log burner on colder days and store your watersports and beach kit in the separate utility. Gully View also enjoys its own driveway for easy parking

Former artist's sea front studio stylishly converted in 2023 to a self contained ensuite studio apartment with adjacent, gated free on-site parking, EV charger, very quiet away from visitor/traffic noise, amazing views around Port Isaac Bay , Tregardoc and Trebarwith towards Tintagel Castle and beyond to Hartland Point on a clear day. Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Heritage Coast the South West long distance coast path passes through our land with direct access to it.

Sea Glimpses Studio, Port Isaac (great location)

This gorgeous, light, airy studio flat, (which is above The Peapod with it’s own entrance) is central to Port Isaac and Port Gaverne making it easy to plan your visit. The studio flat, with a double bed, has been recently refurbushed to a high standard with a brand new kitchen and bathroom and furnishings. Step out of the door into a lovely courtyard which has two popular cafes serving delicious lunches, cream teas & crab sandwiches. Everything in Port Isaac is within walking distance.

A unique and pretty holiday home the Old Boathouse is located at the top of Port Isaac Village perfect for a romantic getaway yet within 5 minutes walk of the historic village and harbour with its quaint white washed cottages, galleries and cafes as well as Michelin star restaurants. It has the added benefit of parking and sea views over the rooftops from the mezzanine bedroom. It is very close to the South West coastal path and so is an ideal base for walking holidays. Original Port Gaverne Cellar (40yds to beach)

Welcome to our home from home. We come here as often as we can to get outdoors, splash in the sea, or sit in the pub and play games with the kids. Please make yourself comfortable and help yourself reasonably to anything you may need to use, i.e. toys, games, water sports equipment - Stand up Paddleboards. Parking for 2 family sized cars. (It’s tight but it works) The house is pet and human friendly. We truly hope you’ll enjoy your stay in Port Gaverne (Port Issac) North Cornwall.

This family friendly, dog friendly property sleeps five guests (day bed in living room if an extra bed is required). Private parking outside the house includes space for 2-3 vehicles. Enclosed, spacious sunny patio offering a comfortable seating area for relaxing and dining.

Rosemary Cottage Port Isaac

Steeped in history and romance, this quirky Grade II listed cottage, built we're told in the seventeenth century for local fishermen, sits in a premiere position in Old Port Isaac, just a stones throw from the beach and harbour. This luxury retreat embraces both old and new..exposed beams, original slate floors, super thick walls and a wonderful Inglenook fireplace, complete with cloam oven, the latter used by fishermen’s wives to cook.
