Nel cuore di Trieste, sulla piazza Hortis e vicinissima via Torino, luogo della movida triestina, nello storico Palazzo Bardeau del 1839 si trova la casa vacanze Al Duca D'Aosta, un appartamento finemente arredato. Situato al terzo piano, con ascensore, è particolarmente silenzioso e per la sua ubicazione è il luogo ideale per il vostro soggiorno a Trieste. Distante poche centinaia di metri dalla piazza Unità d'Italia è circondato da localini, bistrò ed altri luoghi caratteristici di Trieste.

Monolocale ristrutturato, perfetto per due persone, ma con la possibilita' di un terzo letto a soppalco che sfrutta l'altezza della casa, in una zona strategica nella piu' bella parte di Trieste. Si trova a pochi passi dal mare, e passeggiando tra le barche a vela ormeggiate, e i tanti locali e ristoranti, si arriva in dieci minuti in Piazza Unita'. La zona e' molto ben servita, e si ha la possibilita' di prendere i vari collegamenti via mare per andare a Muggia, Grado, Lignano, Croazia ecc..

Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Si tratta di un appartamento di 20m2 composto da una piccola camera matrimoniale, bagno e zona giorno con divano letto. L'alloggio è molto particolare, con mobili pensati a rendere utili tutti gli spazi. Nelle vicinanze si trova una lavanderia a gettoni, una pasticceria, due supermercati e una farmacia. Il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o in autobus.

L'appartamento si trova al quarto piano di "Casa Sartorio" uno storico palazzo triestino dotato di ascensore. Il quartiere tranquillo ma centrale vi permetterà di godervi un soggiorno rilassante sul mare.

L'appartamento si trova in centro città, vicino alla zona della "movida triestina", vicino a musei, ristoranti, bar e monumenti, vicinissimo alla Clinica Salus e all'Università Vecchia. E' un'ottima base di partenza per visitare la città senza toccare la macchina! Ha una splendida vista panoramica sul mare ed è adatto a coppie, a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie.
