This is a one bedroom self catering apartment that sleeps up to four (use of an IKEA sofa bed,) in sitting room. Will suit families, student travelers, business clients needing accommodation for that early business meeting, bikers for the North West. Desertmartin mix just 4-5 miles, all kinds of travellers from all backgrounds. Seamus Heaney Centre approx 6 miles, Sperrin Mountains within 5 minute drive.
