The ocean which you can view from the garden is just a 3 minute walk. A gas bbq is provided and a firepit.The house was built by the owner's father; a local fisherman.The cheerful décor will lift your spirit.

Just a short walk down the hill you’ll have access to East Coast trails that take you north and south. Sits on pond side west facing the sunset where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, fire pit & fishing. Scheduled salmon river 5 min walk. Small inflatable hot tub, kayaks, row boat & paddle boat available. 15 mins scenic Bay Roberts 15 mins beautiful Brigus 1 hr St. John’s. Note: dock not available due to winter damage

Nestled on a large private lot surrounded by towering trees, this luxury 2 person getaway offers the perfect mix of nature, privacy, and relaxation. After exploring the Avalon Peninsula from this central location unwind in the private outdoor hot tub. A 6-minute stroll brings you to The famous Newfoundland Distillery Company, for handcrafted spirits, delicious snacks and a sprawling view of Conception Bay.

EAST COAST NEWFOUNDLAND BUNKY

On the Sea. A cozy bunky with double bed .. a large window and glass door looking at our cliffside with a private little porch. Off the porch is a sink with running water, but as part of the compound all amenities are available incl full washroom. We are located conveniently on the Southern Shore, close enough to St. John's, Petty Harbour, Ferryland, Trepassy and even St. Vincent for day excursions. The BUNKY is located next to the Cabin, Barn and Teepee on the property.

The GreenHouse (82 main road)

Relax at this comfy 4 bedroom home on a large pond. Minutes walk from a beach and the annual Caplin roll. 2 hours south of St. John's in the quiet community of Portugal Cove South. It allows easy access to the ancient fossils of mistake point, as well as the historic cape race and Myrick Wireless interpretation centre. A short drive from the outdoor pool in renews and the whales at St Vincents beach. Or just stay and enjoy the quite calm of the "Da Cove".
