L’appartamento di MQ 45 dista 200m dal mare, ha un grazioso giardino di proprietà e un ampio patio esterno attrezzato, ingresso indipendente e posto auto privato: È strutturato in un unico Open Space che può ospitare fino a 4 persone, la cucina è completamente attrezzata di ogni comfort ed è dotato di Bagno con doccia. Il Letto Matrimoniale è a scomparsa ed è presente un ulteriore divano letto. Il Patio esterno dispone anche di Barbecue a gas. CLIMATIZZATO
