Welcome the the HOUSE.PIKO This beautiful Off-grid, standalone house is located 10m to the beach, where sound of the sea relaxes and gives a special touch to your holiday. Large terrace, and barbecue with sea view makes it ideal for summer relaxing days and nights with your family and friends.The setting of the house is remote and serene, a quiet refuge from everything, free from distractions.

2-room apartment 70 m², in the centre of place Povlja by the sea, free public parking on the street in front of the apartment. The apartment contains two double bedrooms with king size bed and exit on the balcony - terrace with sea view, kitchen, two bathrooms and outside barbecue with common use with other apartment. We can add an extra bed, please tell us before if you're 5 people.
