The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Cedar Grove marina in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that the owners pontoon may be on the outside of the dock.

Cabin is 1 mile from Flat Hollow Marina and renters can use owners boat slip during their stay! 1 loft bedroom with queen bed and downstairs bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. Large outdoor deck overlooking the lake with chairs and an outdoor fire pit and gas grill. Only 13 miles from Tackett Creek ATV Trails.

Year-round lakefront home on Dodson Creek with a covered boat dock and gentle slope to the lake. Spacious deck and large windows overlook the cove with panoramic views of Norris Lake's emerald green waters. Beach Island Marina is a 6 minute drive from the house which features boat rentals, a boat ramp and a seasonal restaurant often with live music. Easy access from Maynardville Hwy (TN SR 33) - No twisty, windy roads here. 30 minutes north of Knoxville.

Historic year-round cabin along lakeshore w/dock

The lake home was built in the early 1930's to house the engineers constructing the entire TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) system that created dams and hydro-electric power throughout the region. It also provided jobs that helped with employment during the Great Depression. A wonderful addition we made recently was a dock, which remains in the water from sometime in March until late October. Please note this is an old, quaint home. It has its quirks.

The Loft

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!

Charming country cottage nestled in the hills of East TN. Beautiful views of House Mountain and Clinch Mountain from the back porch. Convenient to downtown Knoxville / University of Tennessee and the Smoky Mts home of Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Dollywood. Nice, peaceful surroundings where you can relax and recharge. Oh and the sunsets you can take in from the front porch are breathtaking!

Welcome to our cottage in historic Fountain City. It's very convenient with downtown Knoxville, Neyland Stadium, the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame, and The University of Tennessee 10 minutes away. We are 8 miles from House Mountain. We're also close to Gatlinburg, Dollywood (36miles), and the Smoky Mountain National Park.
