It is located in village of Vrsine in the immediate vicinity of the towns Marina and Trogir, in Split-Dalmatian County. We transformed an old traditional family estate into a tranquil oase. Both units are bohemian in style yet homey at the same time, with unique romantic interior and exceptional outdoor area. Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

House Terra is located in the small and quite place called Najevi near UNESCO cities Trogir, Split and Šibenik. If you are someone who likes to relax in nature and explore various beauties, then House Terra is perfect for you. It is surrounded by olive trees, it fills you with a feeling of peace and quiet. Local beaches are located 3.5 km from the house, and also National parks. The house is 20 km from the airport. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
