Within walking distance from Taaibosch, Pink Valley and Avontuur Wine and stud farm. Just across the R44 Ken Forrester Wines is luring. For the outdoor enthusiasts Helderberg provide trails for hiking and mtbiking and our dam covers swimming, rowing and sundowners.

Lily Pond

Lily Pond, is a luxurious guest house just an hour and a half from Cape Town. Lily Pond is set on a natural pond brimming with incredible bird life, creating a serene atmosphere unmatched anywhere else. With no other cottages in sight and located on a picturesque wine farm, it offers a rare blend of privacy and luxury. BushBaby Cabin is perfect for a romantic get-away. A log cabin beautifully nestled in the milkwood forest, just 20mins from Hermanus - secluded from the busyness of life. Situated by the Botriver lagoon, with a private path for access, this hidden gem brings you to nature's doorstep. Look out for the roaming wild horses and a variety of bird-life. BushBaby is in Meerenbosch with communal pool, tennis courts and table tennis access. Ideal to catch summer sun or a warm, cozy fire in winter.

La Vieille Cure

LaViellie Cure in one of the oldest house in Franschhoek, built earlier than 1850 and declared National Monument in 1981. The cottage has its own private entrance and cozy courtyard with mountain view and pergolas at the front and back patios. The inside is characterised by a spacious open studio that retains the historical features with an added touch of modernity. The historical cottage is at walking distance from restaurants and from the wine tram station and many others amenities!!

Rocklands Studio

This modern luxury ground floor studio apartment is fully equipped and offers uninterrupted views of the ocean and the Rooiels rocky shore. Here you can unwind, watch the ocean and listen to the soothing sound of the waves rolling in against the rocks. The studio is within 100 metres of the Rooiels Nature Reserve where a short trail leads you to Otter Cove - a natural tidal pool amongst the rocks. The pristine, sandy main beach is also easily accessible via a 15min walk or 5min drive.

The Annex

We are 100 meters from the beach. We have solar backup, no worries about load shedding. Large, private 46m2 apartment only 100m from beach entrance. Indoor and outdoor showers - and a large outside bath for luxuriating whilst still close to nature. Spacious lounging area. Ideally positioned to walk to shops, restaurants and Village amenities and even closer to the main swimming, fishing and diving beach. Gas hob, fridge, microwave and good range of crockery & cooking utensils.

Bayview

Relax and unwind! Enjoy an early morning cuppa while gazing at endless view of False Bay and mountains with the sound of waves and birdsong. You might even get lucky with dolphin or whale sightings! Indulge in sundowners on the north-facing veranda with built-in braai sheltered from the elements. The house is equipped with a mini inverter, WIFI and a smart TV as well as a DSTV dish (bring your own decoder). Easy walk to the beach and village.

Seaside Sanctuary

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.

Whether you are relaxing under vast oaks or at the plunge pool and watching the sunset turn the mountains pink or are an early bird and watching the sun rise behind cheeky, pointed Botmanskop, there are moments aplenty to ooh and aah at the majesty that surrounds this very special place.
