New apartment with the amazing view over the sea and right next to the beach. House is located outside of town in a quiet neighborhood, between pines and plants. It is a great spot if you're looking to relax, enjoy beach, sun and fresh air. Feel free to use traditional stone grill to cook fish which you can get from local fishermen. Enjoy your meal on the balcony with natural pine shade. You can experience occasional famous wind Bura that makes our sea clean and has proven respiratory benefits.

Newly built, 4star high-end equipped interior with a sea view. The apartment is located on in a city square of the old town.Historical sights are all located in the vicinity. A shop is located next door. Bars and restaurants are situated on the coast line. Bakar is only a short drive away from lovely beaches on the south side, and Kostrena, Rijeka, Opatija and Istria on the west side. A two hours drive will also take you to beautiful National park of Plitvička jezera( lakes) and Venice, Italy.

We are situated in the very center of city of Rijeka, on the seafront only a minute walk to the main city promenade Corso. Bus and railway stations are just nearby. Quick and easy access to all kinds of cultural, tourist and all other town facilities; restaurants, shops, banks, post offices, museums, pharmacies... In the neighbourhood there is the town market and larger number of restaurants with varied cuisine. Parking is located directly in front of the entrance and is free for my guests

Smještaj se nalazi se na prvom katu obiteljske kuće. veličina prostora iznosi 60m2, i vrlo je komforan sa 2 balkona, dvije spavaće sobe, kuhinjom, kupaonicom i WC-om te još jednim zasebnim WC-om, krasnom okućnicom s maslinama, lavandama kojom dominira francuski vrt s fontanom. Prostor je umjetnički oblikovan unikatnim dekoracijama i slikama. Kao domaćini rado ćemo predložiti sve kulturne, sportske, gastro i turističke mogućnosti po cijelom otoku Krku koje se mogu posjetiti.

From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be a family business that would be transferred to their daughters, but later also to their grandchildren.
