This upscale Beach House is ON THE BEACH in a quiet & secluded area of Cozumel Island only 150 feet from the caribbean sea. Breathtaking views await you. You will have all the comforts of home: Bose sound system, Netflix and Wifi... bring your work with you and stay for a while! We have beach clubs on to the left and right of us. You will not have to walk far for food and drinks. On the roof is a party palapa, which you have full access too. It is shared with the other condo in the building.

There is also a covered balcony with a coffee table and two chairs. The kitchen is totally equipped, purified water is provided. The living room has an extra smart TV. Covered terrace with a view on the pool. Hammocks in the small garden.
