Das Haus liegt in dem kleinen ruhigen mittelalterlichen Dorf Armo, ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und hat einen unverstellten Ausblick über das ganze Tal. Die Haushälfte mit eigenem Eingang verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa und offener Küche, einem Schlafzimmer, großem Bad und riesiger Terrasse Parken kann direkt vor dem Haus. Ammirare il "foliage" dal terrazzo, le limpide stellate o le aurore rosso fuoco sarà indimenticabile! Sport come l'arrampicata, mountain bike, trekking e l'Alta Via dei Monti Liguri, sono alcune delle attività praticabili, oppure delle semplici passeggiate nel bosco. Per gli amanti del mare si possono raggiungere le spiagge di Albenga, Ceriale, Alassio in poco più di mezz'ora d'auto.

Lucinasco ist ein idyllisch gelegenes Bergdorf in Ligurien. Schon die Anreise durch üppige Olivenhaine ist eine grosse Freude. Die Herstellung von Olivenöl prägt das gesamte Dorfleben. Ein kleiner See liegt am Ortsausgang. Hängende Trauerweiden umsäumen das Ufer und eine alte Kapelle aus dem Mittelalter runden das Bild gut ab. Von Casa Vittoria hat man einen schönen Blick über die Olivenhaine auf die Kathedrale Santa Maddalena bis hin zum Meer. Ein Spaziergang dorthin lohnt sich allemal.
