Luxury beach house in nature on South Coast NSW. This is a real South Coast experience - absolute beachfront, superb ocean views, surrounded by bush, national park nearby - in a tasteful, comfortable holiday home equipped to relax & unwind. Our beachfront accommodation is near Narooma & Moruya in the hidden hamlet of Congo. It's a romantic getaway in nature for couples or recharging retreat for families. We're also a dog / pet-friendly beach house. Gourmet Traveller recently featured our place.

Mulleun Cottage

Take a break and unwind at this cosy, off-grid cottage. Mulleun Cottage offers expansive views over the Mulloon Creek valley to the Budawangs, allowing you to rest and recharge. Make the most of the views from the undercover deck and firepit. The resident horses will come to greet you, & you can watch the native wildlife go by. The cottage includes a full size kitchen, wood-fire heating, bedroom with queen bed, study & undercover parking. Additional beds by negotiation. Pets be negotiation

Located above the retail shops on the main street, this central but quiet two bedroom apartment in the heritage listed building is a perfect place from which to enjoy your visit to Braidwood. This apartment is ideal for family or friends looking for a generous space. It consists of two comfortable bedrooms, with stylish queen beds. Enjoy the beautiful views across to St Bedes church and grounds, stroll the main street, enjoying quality restaurants, cafes, galleries, shops and boutiques.

The Flower Shed

Welcome to The Flower Shed. A small magical space in Collector, NSW only 2 minutes off the Federal Highway. The Shed is adjacent to the main house, but is very private. Comfy Sofa bed/couch. We have thought of everything you need for an overnight stay or 2. There is a practical kitchenette for you including a fridge, toaster, electric cooktop, microwave and kettle. Relax and enjoy. Double insulation and reverse cycle air conditioner for cosy Winter nights or cool Summer days. No cats allowed.

Dovolj | Dobro

Enjoy a unique Tiny House that was designed and built on this very farm. "Dovolj | Dobro" is annexed off our 3acre Selah Gardens, which you will have access to. Nestled amongst gum trees overlooking a large dam, it is surrounded by native wildlife and grazing stock. A unique feature of this location is a walking track through our working farm to The Olive View Restaurant, with great food and amazing coffee. In keeping with minimum impact on the environment, it contains a composting toilet.

Would you love to experience a cosy, away-from-it-all, truly perfect getaway? Featuring a warm, inviting atmosphere, high cathedral ceiling, plentiful natural light, and carefully curated decor the cottage is the ideal place. With an open floor plan, well-appointed and equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, comfy queen size bed, wood fire to keep you toasty warm in winter and to keep you cool in the warmer months, a ceiling fan and refreshing easterly breeze that blows in most afternoons.

Separate, Comfortable, Functional, Stargazing.

Hideaway in Wamboin. 15 minutes to Queanbeyan or Bungendore, close to wineries. Comfortable, private and separate studio unit (donga) with queen bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Tea's and Coffees available. Stargazing on clear nights, peace and quiet. This is a small space that is not suitable for long term rental. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)

StarGazer - Beautiful lake views

Mystic Ridge Estate offers ‘StarGazer'. Be amazed by the breathtaking panoramic lake views as the property is situated on the west ridge overlooking Lake George. The lake bed is visible during the dry years and the lake will slowly reappear during wet years. The lake is currently the fullest it’s been in many years. You are encouraged to view it before it dries up again! We have three accommodation choices on the property so please check out the other two listings!

The Stables @ Longsight

The original stables at historic Longsight have been lovingly restored and converted to luxury boutique accommodation. Many of the original features have been preserved such as the exposed wood rafters, weatherboards, iron roof and facade. Even the original saddle racks remain in the bathroom and old framing timber has been repurposed into a beautiful kitchen island. Perfect for couples or families looking for a relaxing country getaway.

Just a Touch of Paradise !

This spectacular waterfront home nestled in tranquil Sunshine Bay. Most rooms in the house enjoy the magnificent views of Sunshine Cove, looking across the bay to Long Beach and further out to Pigeon House Mountain. The indoor living area flows out to the expansive entertainment deck, creating an ideal setting for relaxed entertaining. You will enjoy beach access from a walking trail. We don't except bookings for SCHOOLIES or Parties.

theCOVE North-Absolute Beachfront Couple's Escape

Your retreat is a private ABSOLUTE beachfront home on three levels, with ocean panoramas everywhere you look. There is not a road, power line, fence or cliff to separate you from the ever-changing ocean, and your secluded cove-beach just 30 steps below. ONE host with just ONE home. Total focus on your visit. I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.

Welcome to The Barn at Nguurruu. A place we have created to share our biodynamic farm, near Gundaroo on the Southern Tablelands of NSW. Nguurruu is a luxury two bedroom, self-contained barn in the middle of a working cattle farm. Where native grasslands stretch to the horizon, a river meanders its way gently between ancient hills and where a billion stars blaze at midnight. It's a place to unwind, relax and explore.
