Il palazzo fu progettato nel ‘700 dal famoso architetto Filippo Juvarra. Da qui è possibile raggiungere comodamente a piedi tutte le maggiori attrazioni della città. Champdepraz è un piccolo paese della Valle d'Aosta, di posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere facilmente le diverse vallate: Val d'Ayas, Gressoney, Champorcher e Cervinia.

Bellissima e grande casa su due piani, nel centro storico, appoggiata sulle mura romane. Al piano terra, su un cortile, si trova la zona notte con due camere matrimoniali e due bagni, al primo piano una sala con camino, una sala da pranzo, la cucina, un bagno/lavanderia. Un grande terrazzo con pergolato affaccia sulle montagne e i campanili. Silenziosissima, grande charme.
