The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

unWINEd Retreat is the ideal place for couples, singles or corporate travellers looking for a relaxed and private space in the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region. The accommodation is situated at the front of the main house and is attached to the main house with guest private driveway and entry. Very private and no interaction with the hosts Unless requested.

This private studio is just 300m from town and the beach. Attached to the main house but fully self‑contained, it offers your own entrance and a secluded courtyard. Inside, you’ll find a queen bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a comfortable lounge room. The studio includes reverse‑cycle air conditioning, Wi‑Fi and a TV. The private courtyard is ideal for storing bikes or surfboards and there is shaded off‑street parking. Access is simple with a lockbox at the studio entrance.

Jersey Queen is a 2-bed, family-friendly guest house with a relaxed country vibe. Best suited to families and couples staying together. This special place will make you feel right at home. Only a 5-minute walk to Cowaramup main street for food, coffee and drinks. *NB, Additional charge of $40/night for 5th guest (fold-away bed and linen to suit a child) *NB, We live in the adjoining property with a child and a dog. You may hear us from time to time. We do our best to minimise our noise.

Inside, you'll find a welcoming and cozy space tastefully decorated with a vintage seaside touch, providing a peaceful atmosphere for you to enjoy. Step outside and you'll find our IR sauna (2 person max) on the deck surrounded by a lush tropical garden, making it the ideal place to kick back and relax after a day of adventuring in the beautiful surroundings.

The Barefoot Nook

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Wifi - Large TV - Netflix - Bar Fridge - Microwave - Toaster - Kettle and Dining essentials. The front of the House has a large locked barn door separating your space from the rest of the house for your privacy and is not shared space. Fresh Towels - Linen - Bottled water - tea & coffee supplied. Private Front Door access at all times.

Welcome to Barn Hives. Self-sustainable Eco-luxury pods. Each of our Barn Hives consists of a two story open plan living space. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days.

Your big, bright, private space in a separate wing off the main house, has a separate entry with lock box. The suite contains TWO double bedrooms, a big bathroom, a generous living room with dining table, TV, full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Your rooms are equipped with luxury linen and bedding. *I am also available as a Chauffeur and/or Tour Guide if you want to enjoy the wineries without driving!
