House is well equipped for your family stay with games, DVDs and WIFI. There is a secure backyard and lawn to play back yard games. At the end of the day, kick back and enjoy the sunset from the balcony. The marina and local shopping centre with IGA supermarket, bakery and several cafes is just a short 2 min drive away.

Enjoy the surf club and Portofino’s restaurant at the end of the street, and a scenic stroll to Mindarie Marina for dining, drinks, and ocean views. Note - The garage is not accessible to guests however there is ample parking space in driveway. A separate granny flat is on the property but fully separate with no interaction.

A bottle of wine, Liquor land. Both open 8am till 9pm weekdays. Fern coffee lounge for a coffee or maybe breakfast or lunch open from 6am till 2pm . Beach 5 minutes in a car. The house. High raking ceilings, loads of light . Modern Decor . Quiet, private and peaceful.
