The villa Zoro is situated in the middle of Istria near Pazin. The place is small with very lovely inhabitants. The surface of a villa is 70 m2 with two floors. On the ground floor is kitchen, upstairs are bedrooms.The important thing is a spacious garden with a pool of 48 m2, and barbecue with an outside furniture. The entire experience of your vacation will be complemented by the Istrian style of the garden surrounded by greenery. In front of the entrance to the garden there is a parking lot.

Villa Eglis by IstriaLux

Villa Eglis, a charming stone villa from 1800, has been completely renovated providing a perfect holiday close to Pula. With two bedrooms for 4 people, it is ideal for a family vacation or a vacation for two. In the fully fenced garden, a private swimming pool and comfortable sunbeds offer refreshment during hot summer days. On the terrace you can enjoy a barbecue or relax with billiards and darts. This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.
