La Terrazza di Vittoria è un delizioso monolocale su un unico livello immerso nel silenzio e nel verde. È situato a pochi metri dalla casa padronale e a soli 2 km da Città della Pieve. L’ampio giardino che circonda l’abitazione è una terrazza naturale sul Lago Trasimeno. È arricchito da una pergola dotata di tavolo e barbecue a disposizione per i vostri pasti in totale relax. Al suo interno, in uno spazio di 40mq, si trova un letto matrimoniale, una poltrona letto, un bagno e cucina attrezzata.

Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. In seguito alla recente attivazione dell’ ztl, nelle ore di chiusura non si può raggiungere il nostro garage Residenza d'epoca nel pieno centro storico di Assisi, comoda per muoversi a piedi con parcheggio gratuito in loco. La casa comprende un'ampia sala da pranzo con vista sulla Basilica di Santa Chiara, cucina, due camere da letto con due bagni riservati provvisti di vasca da bagno e doccia. Fornita di wi-fi televisione e riscaldamento.
