The form, colour and materiality nestles the dwelling sensitively into the deep green bush terrain and a generous courtyard defined by carefully crafted limestone walls which seamlessly connect inside and outside while also providing privacy and shelter. The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. You will fall in love with the place and the gorgeous garden. At 62 square metres the studio is actually not so 'Little'. Sorry, no children or infants (unless by prior approval).

Exmoor cottage is located within a patch of native forest, 5km from the town centre and 8 km from the beach. The cottage has its own private access. Several wine farms are located within walking distance. Our mud brick cottage consists of a kitchen, lounge and dining room with separate bathroom. Upstairs a loft with the bedroom. Outside a verandah with outdoor kitchen and dining area.
